The voucher is valid in the online shop of Manifattura VALOR GmbH or for orders by e-mail at Manifattura VALOR GmbH. Redeemable on all items. Vouchers must be redeemed within five years from the date of purchase. Vouchers can not be refunded in cash. A cash refund is not possible. If the value of a voucher exceeds the total amount of the order, the balance can be used for future orders. A cash refund of the balance is not possible. If the value of a voucher is less than the total amount of the order, the difference can be paid by Pay Pal in the online shop, or by cash in advance as a bank transfer when ordering by e-mail.
